The blade is made of stainless steel soaked with molybdenum and vanadium, which ensures excellent strength and ease of maintenance especially when sharpening.

The ergonomic handle allows for a very good hold in hand. It is excellently finished and hard, it resists bleach and aging but we recommend simply cleaning it with hot soapy water or dishwasher. Special aluminum alloy rivets are guaranteed against corrosion.

It is used with precision in high and low temperatures, from -40 to 150 degrees Celsius, without any risk of deformation.

Maintenance tip for sharpening knives Arcos

We advise you to use a sharpening rifle regularly to hold the knife wire.

All you need to do is position the knife blade at a 20-degree angle to the wick. The hand holding the rifle should not move and the other hand should lightly press the blade on the wick of the rifle while sliding while maintaining the angle. Repeatedly pass the knife blade over the gun. Then sharpen the other side of the blade, repeating the same movement, but this time on the other side of the rifle’s wick. The ideal is to alternate the passages of the wire on the wick of the rifle to obtain a perfect symmetry of sharpening on either side of the blade.
